Township Business Park
Opened in 1984, the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley's Business Park is located along the busy County Road 29 Corridor, only a 5 minute drive north of the City of Brockville and less than 10 minutes from the 401 Highway. The Business Park consists of 90 acres, 33 of which are currently vacant; the Township has reserved 54 acres of abutting land for the future extension of the park.

Cost Per Acre
The cost of Business Park acreage is negotiable, and minimum lot sizes are one acre. Lots can be conveyed to meet your needs with regard to size. For more information about purchasing acreage, or to discuss a purchase, contact the Township Clerk.

Coons Road Industrial Park
The Coons Road Industrial Park is located just to the north of the City of Brockville, along County Road 29. This privately owned industrial park enjoys all the infrastructure and transportation advantages of the Township owned Business Park. The Coons Road Industrial Park hosts a varied and thriving business community.
